A-Z Emissions Technologies: A-Z Emissions Solutions is an authorized dealer for the following manufacturers of active and passive Diesel Particulate Filter Systems. Because A-Z Emissions represents multiple manufacturers, we can offer multiple solutions and have a greater ability to meet your custom needs.

Cleaire –All on-road products:  Horizon, LongMile, Vista, Longview.
Cleaire Advanced Emissions Controls was founded to develop industry leading diesel exhaust clean up systems. A-Z Emissions Solutions represents Cleaire’s on-road products, including Vista, Horizon, Longmile, and Longview.  The Cleaire Horizon product is recommended for school buses. Horizon is an actively regenerated particulate filter that uses an integrated electric heater to periodically “cook-out” captured diesel particulate, much like a self cleaning oven. The active regeneration technology eliminates any concerns of low exhaust temperature and/or variable duty cycles such as regular route and driver changes, and is CARB verified for EGR applications.  Vista is an active diesel burner verified for various on-road vehicles.  Longmile is a passive filter with PM reduction and Longview is a passive filter with both NOx and PM reduction. Both products are CARB verified for various on-road vehicles.

HUSS – All on-road and off-road applications including large H.P. and older engines.
The HUSS LLC MK system is a very robust design incorporating premium materials. The durable HUSS systems are designed for heavy duty on-road and off-road applications. Main applications are: Refuse trucks, construction and mining equipment, industrial trucks, stationary generator sets, and heavy duty on highway vehicles.

ESW - On-road and off-road products; no regeneration downtime.
The ESW Group of Companies currently manufactures and markets a diverse line of proprietary catalytic emission conversion, control and support products and technologies for the International Transportation, Construction, School Bus, and Utility markets. ESW’s ThermaCat filter system is a combined technology comprised of a regeneration component by means of external fuel injection and a passive component by means of a catalytically coated filter substrate. It is intended to operate on vehicles with severe duty cycles, where low exhaust gas temperatures are predominant and traditional passive DPF system would not be suitable.

Donaldson - All on-road applications.
Donaldson creates a broad spectrum of filtration products and services to meet the evolving needs of our diverse customers. These filtration solutions span the entire life cycle of a customer’s application, from initial system design through replacement products. Donaldson’s SEF Muffler System is a new semi-active DPF system that is effective on a broad range of vehicle duty cycles and engines. Donaldson’s LNF Muffler is a passive DPF technology that provides the highest tailpipe PM reduction available today making it a popular choice for retrofit programs.

Econix - On-road applications, minimal regeneration times.
The Econix DPF-A is an active DPF that uses an advanced metal fiber filter to trap diesel particulate matter (PM) contained in diesel engine exhaust gas. The DPF-A provides sustainable emission reduction without the use of a catalyst and with minimal regeneration down time. (Less than 10 minutes) Independent of vehicle/equipment duty-cycles, the Econix DPF-A’s robust design does not require minimum engine exhaust temperatures for sustainable emission reductions or operations.

DCL International - Off-road, stationary generators, pumps, and compressors.
DCL International, known as DCL America Inc. in California, is a supplier of passive off-road filters.  The MINE-X SOOTFILTER® series of DPF’s are CARB verified Level 3 Plus, passively regenerating diesel particulate filter for off-road and stationary diesel applications. The devices are verified by the California Air resources Board (CARB) to reduce emissions of diesel particulate matter by greater than 85%.
